Job Responsibilities: 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing budget and strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. 

  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, account managers, application engineering, and marketing. 

  • Drive revenue generation by identifying new business (10% overall) opportunities and expanding existing accounts (90% overall). 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver solutions, products, and services for maximum customer satisfaction. 

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. 

  • Use market insights to refine and adapt sales and marketing strategies, and ensure Landers Visions keeps a competitive edge in all sectors we serve. 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions as integral to their success. 

  • Work closely with Account Management, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

  • Recruit, train, and mentor individuals to create high-performing teams. 

  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and implement development plans to foster professional and personal growth. 

  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals. Proven ability to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth. 

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Experience in managing key accounts, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service. 

  • A track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships within the live event conveying industry.
